Why am I looking at a Rolex Explorer? Am I crazy? Not even a year ago watches > £300 seemed like "Whoa, hold on a second!". I blame you.

Friend of mine saw an Explorer in the window of an AD, walked in and bought it. Crazy as that sounds.

@MementoMori i think that or the blue are the best colour options of the u1 line - great watches but they are big chunks of metal. Now when they start introducing these colour schemes to the U50...

U50 in the colorscheme I linked would be a no-brainer for sure.

Staying with the disposal theme, my new arrival has settled in and I’m pretty confident it’s the keeper, so it looks like I’ll be sticking with my consolidation goals. The Bremont U2 has gone and my Panerai 177 is the last one on the block - can i interest anyone here in it?

Ahhhh man... You know my situation. There aint no cash in this cow.

I'm not sure why but these have grown from a watch I'd never consider to something I'm very tempted by. Fortunately I can't afford it at the moment so will avoid temptation.
