yes - I think looking into a bit more, you can get a decent finish using epoxy etc, which I can do, but not sure I can be bothered with that much work.

Remember; if you use epoxy it will rot your brain and you will end up finishing every conversation with "don't forget to like and subscribe".

Maybe I could seal it with epoxy, and include a small concrete 'feature' section in the middle somehow?

That would be sure boost my patreon numbers...
