I commend your bravery.
It’s a tricky job. My only real tip (Bobbo will do a much better job of providing advice) is that you can’t really underestimate how little you can take off and it make a lot of difference.
Or to put it simply: take off way less than you think in between offering it up to the frame. 5mm too much on an inpatient cut can definitely fuck it up.
