Longest URL in history? You're leaking a lot of data by including the full query string.

Took this out yesterday for its maiden shake down. Position is just about spot on, but will need to do a longer ride than 50km on it (after 3 weeks without riding) to really find out. Hoping for some dry weekends cos I’m too lazy to clean bikes all the time.

Not normally a fan of aero frames, but that looks shit-hot!

Cheers. It’s my first aero frame for a road bike. I’ve got a Ridley Helium stored out at my in-laws place in Japan for climbing proper mountains and the Ridley geo fits me pretty well, so I thought I’d give it a go. Totally different feel from my old CAAD12

Toying around with this at the moment.
Planning to set it up with a WI ENO free wheel and make it a "nice weather" bike for the summer.
Drop bars and fixed gear are not out of the equation though.. The "fixed road" is a nice thread to live in.Choices.

I have just built a swept back bar fixed commuter out of an old Reynolds 531 road bike in this EXACT colour way. How strange.
This is way way wayyy nicer, mines just a parts bin bike.

I am just not sure whether a drain hole leads to even more water down there or if the benefit of air circulation would prevail 🤔
I’ve have drill drainage holes in innumerable Indy Fabs in my life. The BB shell was blind to the seat tube and would collect water. I don’t believe that a 4mm hole in the BB shell would allow in too much water and most would quickly find its way back out.

Basically got given this Fausto Coppi frame but its in a bit of a sorry state yet half of me wants to leave it be and build it up, and the other half wants to restore the frame decisions decisions... but first lets try and get this stuck seatpost out!

How about build it up and ride it for a bit to see if it’s any good - if yes refurbish it? (Is that a bent King cage? - dibs!)

Finally got black grips and a black saddle for the functional. Also have become a convert to the inner tube and carabiner way of life. Death to bungees.

Took the Van Tuyl on a quick and satisfying test ride. Will take some better pics once I changed the headset.

Is there a bar tape thread anyway? Couldn't find anything definitive with the search.
Am after some new stuff for the Ritchey as the pink got muddy quickly (duh) & ripped on some UK grav grav brambles so it's falling apart now. Wondered if there was any particularly hardy stuff? I love this Joystick Analog tape but it's seems to rip quite easily. Not too fussed about the colour as with an all black bike it needs some colour.
Needs to be about 250/270 to be in the frame safely enough.
