Promax Render-r post mount calipers. These are essentially clones of the avid bb5/7 calipers.
Includes pads which have virtually no wear.

Not that it matters but Promax make the BB-5/7's for Avid/Sram - hence the similarities.

Any idea if these are for long pull(road/canti) or short pull (V-brake) levers? assuming road lever compatibility, I'd be interested if you'd post...

EDIT: Actually - think I got that the wrong way round - V-brake levers pull more cable, than levers designed for canti's or most road brake levers

Haha! Thanks, I didn't know this. I'd just assumed they were blatent rip offs.

Price increase due to new info on provenance!!

Er, i dont actually know for sure.

Id have thought they'd be compatible with both v-brake style levers and road levers. They are certainly compatible with road levers atleast.

PM'd you - they'll be great.

After a bit of Googling I've discovered that they do a Render (for V-brake levers) and the Render-R (for Road...)
