Looked at Bombtrack? Either Beyond or Hook Ext? Don't know what stock places have, but here suggests available february - https://www.thewoodscyclery.co.uk/shop/uncategorised/gravel-bikes/bombtrack-hook-ext-2021/
I got the carbon version of the same frame and it's been great so far.

another vote for Bombtrack here, used to have a Hook EXT (steel) and loved it. A bit weighty was it's only slight downfall for me but I guess I could've thrown some money at it to make it more reasonable.

Ext-C definitely helps a lot with weight - mine has come out at just over 9kg. But would be just as happy with a heavier steel one really.particularly as it's going to end up weighed down with bags anyway.
This has reminded me to update my current projects thread on it.
