Graveleurs - I assume the RX810 crankset will work okay with a 6800 left hand crank? Just need to wait for stock in 175mm length.

Rebecca Honsiger has an R8000 Stages LH PM crank on her GRX set up so yes based on that. Splines etc are the same on R8000 and R6800

Your left foot will be 3mm outboard compared with your right foot. Shimano road Q factor is 146mm, GRX is 151mm.
