I'm sure in the olden days, delegated accounts in Gmail used to send from their own address. Did I imagine this?
Now it seems delegated accounts will send from their address but add a "sent by delegated@gmail.com" thing.
Is there a way to use a delegated gmail account and have Gmail send it only as that account?
EDIT: https://support.google.com/mail/thread/85553867?hl=en maybe? Nope this didn't work.
I've had to create a "Send mail as" and then check "treat as alias".
Maybe the old delegated emails I was looking at were sent from the delegated account properly, ie. while logged into it. Stupid
