I don't think I'd be surprised at the number, just thinking aloud as to how the breaking of rules/laws for 'little' things translates to other rules that are fairly easy to ignore and break, like self isolation, lockdown rules, gatherings.

I wonder how true this is. I know plenty of people who enjoy drugs who wouldn't even consider endangering people by going to an eyeball licking piss up at the moment.
