That seems like a before-the-pandemic listing. I mean, I don't know how much the supposed fact that 700,000 people may have left London will affect the market for buying, and I saw the other day that house prices had risen again because people were looking for larger flats to work from home there, but this looks much too small even for a pied-à-terre in London.
