• I ordered some things for my wife for Christmas, one item in the parcel arrived damaged. I contacted the vendor and they sent a replacement.

Today I received an email saying the item was undeliverable.

This was followed by another email

    "Hello Dancing James,

I deeply apologise to tell you that your parcel has been returned by the carrier.

It is not allowed, with the new Brexit regulations, to reship a free order to the UK anymore.

That is why you will get a full refund of your product, than you can replace an order. The invoice will be in this case consistent with the new law.

The situation is finally getting back to normal!

I remain at your disposal for any further information.

    Have a good day!"

But of course the new order would be subject to taxes and handling fees, on an item that only costs £5.
