I ordered some lamps from any-lamp.co.uk on 2nd Jan thinking they were UK based (UK domain, UK phone number, etc) but they're actually being shipped from the Netherlands. First attempt was returned to sender within a day of being posted "Parcel redirected. (Return to sender) Missing or incorrect data."
Now they're telling me they're hoping to be able to start shipping in the next few days. We'll see.

If I have to pay any extra duty on it I'll refuse to do so and get a refund through the credit card if necessary.
Also ordered some trainers from Saucony (from Saucony.com) on Jan 8th and they were delivered a few days later by UPS with no problems, they were shipped from Amsterdam so some stuff is coming through with no problems and no extra fees.
