I like the more energy. I do think a red zulu to match the red on the second hand would be a killer.

Yeah, I much prefer the Daytonas with Zenith movements. These new Zeniths are much nicer to my eyes than a Daytona, at least these are symmetrical!

Think I might put a watch on today. Sitting at my desk for a year has really killed my watch mojo.

I just noticed today that the 3 and 9 dials on the daytona are not aligned with the 3 and 6.. cannot unsee now..

Wait until you notice the difference in the lugs! The pusher side is thinner than the other side. I can’t look at that watch. To me this is one of the most overrated watches out there. I do love the vintage ones though.

I run counterintel ops and need to be ready to rock and roll 24/7.

Even tho the dials are out I do like this Ember Paul Newman mod...

Our baby has reflux and need to be elevated for 15mins after each feed. Current division of labour is that I do the burping and holding and my wife does the feeding.

Our wall clock often isn't visible and while I can toe my phone, sometimes it's not in reach.

Not really, the tenth of a second scale is quite different. The hands and ceramic bezel give it a strong Daytona vibe though, I think they are clearly aimed at people who want one but can’t get one.

13.6mm height is pretty good considering.
