But the actual strap seems nice.

I got the elite and I can't believe how nice it is. I'll wait for Friday for some Friday action.

Thinking about the elite for my other watch - I think textured straps suit it better, whereas I thought the flat would have a more utility vibe with a military watch. But also because the orange/black combo might be quite fun on a diver.

Going to give it a bit tho. I normally wear a watch to bed at the moment and it wasn't that comfortable this morning. Plus a bracelet seems to make more sense in winter.

Wasn't so conformable? Interesting. Im finding mine great. I had to swap to the longer strap cause the short one was way to tight... But then no issues.

But orange is the definite fun diver strap colour!

Me too, though in think it would be a little on the dainty side at 36mm

I think they’re super comfortable. I could see them being a little too light/flexible for a large or heavy watch maybe?

Comfort-wise I mean. Might not feel right.

I like mine on my Squale though and that’s 42mm and pretty chunky.

I think it's the buckle and maybe that the one-piece perlon cushioned the underside and raised it a little. Plus the flex of a perlon when you're sleeping and your wrist expands.

Good to hear that it works with the Squale as the skx013 is pretty top heavy. It the main reason I like the oyster bracelet - it really balances it on the wrist.

I’ve only tried the Elite, maybe they’re a bit different to the regular silicone.

I thought my Seiko might be a bit OTT for working in a bike shop until I notice my colleague wear a Bremont pilot watch (Solo I think).

Go figure.

Well they used their movements for a long time, now they are borrowing the design!!!

In many aspects they do look alike, personally i like the daytona but dont like rolex if that makes sense, so this is great as i like the design and the brand.
