• Lots of restarting both devices seems to sort it but it's not terribly scientific. Last time I had a livechat with Garmin support they vacillated between "Not entirely sure, just keep doing the reboot thing" and "you might have to send the devices back to us". I'll take the former.

  • Yeah occasionally a restart works, but 9/10 times it does nothing.
    Nothing has changed since it stopped being 100% reliable. So I am at a bit of a loss.
