61cm Titan Exclusiv frame and forks STUCK SEATPOST

As title, 61cm Titan Exclusiv frameset, 105 threaded headset, Titan stem and non original chromed fork.

I've tried with the removal of the post but don't have time to persevere.

Collection near Cambridge or can meet if required. Looking for £50, willing to split.

Is this priced too high or should I just strip for parts and freecycle the frame?

It's priced too high. If the seatpost was un-stuck then £40 would be fair.

Can't find it but it's also not present on photos of anything I've sold recently so it must be lurking somewhere. I'll let you know if it appears.
