Heard it as tradition if you buy the headset used. Bike above doesn't look like the sort where that's the case, though.

Right. Most of mine, though not all, are upside down for one of these two reasons. I'm not a stickler for tradition but it is a cute excuse to play with a weird feature of CK headsets.
