I designed/made/test-rode the original Burner samples in winter of 17/18, then later worked on the commercial version with Albion (after it sank at my previous employer).

I have lightweight wind-proof fabric(s) plus Clo recycled insulation (think 80gsm, will check). If anyone is interested, I could make up a batch for a reasonable cost for LFGSS.

Let me know and I’ll make up a sample, post technical info (weight, size, composition) and work out a cost in a new thread - potentially custom sizing/insulation possible too :)

+1 on interest. Make sure it’s not the FT by mistake when going for pink newsprint sample.

It was my idea (there’s a clue in the name!) and I made up samples while I was there, amazingly simple and effective. No idea why they didn’t do it - Staring them in the face, newspaper story all ready to go - over to @villa why it didn’t float.

Also tried some leg versions ...not successful at all. The insulation gets compressed under tights, giving no benefit at all.
