Firm taps should ease it out gently.
I.e mm at a time rather than lamping it and the cups flying miles
I must be doing it wrong or the cups are stuck as I belted it for no movement at all.
Pic? I’ve had to properly whack one or two, sending the bb and the park Tool tool flying across the room, but firm taps and possibly some wd40 should work for most. (Firm = a bit harder than driving a large nail into hardwood at home)
Also, you wouldn’t be the first to be hammering away with the tool set against the actual frame instead of the bb. Worth double checking.
