Dear @spamfilter and @pullingteth, do you still have your frames?
Pullingteth, is your frame around 58-60cm? If so, it's probably Spamfilter's twin. I had them built in 1994/1995 when on the GB junior track squad. The TT frame has track dropouts and a higher BB so it could double as a road TT bike and track pursuit bike.
If you still have them I'd love to buy them back.
