Hey! Suspension block spring upgrades! What should I be picking up? What should I avoid? Black would be good, obvs...

95kgs but on the way down, flat with the occasional incline, it's got a firm block on there now, I can't stand them when they start squeaking and the springs look rad...

Do the holders fit swissstop pads?

Yes, they come with swiss stop BXP pads (shimano fit).

For electric yes, normal bikes use some other black ones.

Yes, that would be perfect. Can also take the pads if you have to/don't want to split.
