Some of it is absolutely lovely (like the pic you linked).
But I can't help but feel that all the grey and the extra* exposed brickwork already looks dated.
*i.e. not the extension/ground.

I mentioned a local house yesterday that I’d always liked - this is another I’ve just seen has sold, and is the same footprint as ours. Just wow. This must be a 300k+ fit out.

Oh how I’d love to sit down with an architect and interior designer and do something at this scale. I’d directly nick the crittall stair surround for sure. That probably cost more time and money than my fitted kitchen 🥲
