I've found sufferfest quite good - had been doing random rides on RGT & Tacx without much aim but chucked myself into a training plan & have managed to stick to it thus far, I think I like the structure element rather than grinding up a big fake hill for an hour.
The half monty is a good if slightly unpleasant place to start then set your stats & go from there - I haven't done the full frontal yet, gonna try and get a couple more weeks done then see if i'm improving any.
Got a Wahoo Kickr the other week and my God is it an improvement on the Tacx Vortex I had a few years back. Basically silent.
Ironically I only used it for the first time yesterday as I put my back out unboxing it the other week.
Trying out sufferfest to see if it keeps my attention better than zwift.
