Are the mech hangers hard to source for these?

And what's the tíre clearance?

Still available, I picked one up not long ago, but it's now on my other CAAD. I think it's a wheels mfg one. Tyre clearance is 25mm, 28 will fit but it's too close for comfort (dependant on rim and tire choice)
