I see this. I take it its just frameset and wheels? Not a complete bike

The ad does sound a tiny bit Iffy with the inability to find a serial number. But if its a genuine sale...

Ha yeah I suppose. Not impossible that a thief has one of those nice storage racks tho! Nah, I'm just kidding. It just does seem a bit too cheap. But what's the frameset likely worth alone? Worth you buying both and flip the frame?
