Pretty sure normal locks will also work.

My only thought was if you have 2 entrances to shower room, you would have to remember to lock both doors when you go to the loo... guess there must be such things as paired locks for this exact reason

Given who and how its likely to be used I don't think it'll be hard to remember to lock both doors.

To be safer you could choose red/green locks and choose door colours to make the doors stand out.
