Those of you following along with the arrests, it is worth noting the nature of the charges so far. The charges are mostly misdemeanour assaults, simple trespass, thefts, etc. Nothing serious however this is deliberate - see here (starts at 7:30)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzTOdORVEnw
This is a common strategy for things like organised crime investigations;
- get people into custody on ANY charges
- start applying more serious charges
- use them as pressure to move higher up the food chain
It looks simple now, but the Feds are on step 1 now. This screws are going to be turned very, very hard on these people.
- get people into custody on ANY charges

I'm guessing any Federal charges will be delayed until Trump leaves Office, so he cannot grant any pardons to the rioters?
-
• #15381
Trump, in theory, can pardon lots of people for lots of things. I think they are keeping a low profile with Federal felony charges to keep things away from his attention span. The Justice Department and FBI loathe this administration but are far better at playing the long game.

Well, now I know what a 'boogalooer' is. Turns out they're just like LFGSSers:
Boogalooers rely on memes and in-jokes, as well as gear and apparel, to create a sense of community and share their ideology.

He's been calling himself a democratic socialist since the 1960s.
This will piss off the Reps.
I am assuming this will lead to more in regards to free things like healthcare and education if he can help it. Less on war machines im guessing.

This will piss off the Reps.
It will piss off many Dems.
More power to him.

It won't be bad for the American people. You certainly won't see the same level of military expenditure and you will certainly see a reversal of tax cuts. He's incredibly pragmatic and has a loooooong history of bipartisanship in the legislature. Bernie will get shit done.

It was a story a couple of years ago. They have been taping together the things he ripped up all through his term.
