F.W. Evans 52cm touring bike VGC

My dad got this a few months ago and did it up as a lock down project but it's a bit small for him.

Specs:
Frame: 52cm, 531 Super Tourist tubing.
Group set : Shimano STX, indexed shifters, 7 speed x 3 & Wienmann brake levers
Saddle: Ridgeback
Wheels: Mavic T238, Deore hubs
Rack: Nimrod

Price - £200

Brake/gear cables, chain, handle bars, tyres and inner tubes are all new as well as the snazzy mudguards.

Top tube is 53cm ctc and the seat tube is 52cm from the centre of the BB to top
