  • They have a bit of stability so the idea (and marketing hype) is that there's less chance of getting injured. But I'm not sure it's as black and white as that unfortunately!

  • They basically force you to run at a comfortable pace anyway, just by the width of the sole and the rocker shape - I’ve found them to be excellent as an everyday running shoe. They’ve been my only pair since April.

    Feels like the react foam can do fast if you give it the beans but again, width/shape of the soles and the weight aren’t really geared for sprinting.

    Also, I PROPERLY injured myself wearing them in October but more my fault than the shoe.
