Not sure I follow the logic. PPE procurement has shown the tory party’s capacity to enrich its cronies with or without Brexit. Not immediately clear to me who is getting rich off Brexit apart from some (likely) low paid admin jobs at the border. Maybe I am being naive.

Also, exactly which period in UK history is he describing as ‘great’ - the bit we colonised the world, the bit we were the sick man of Europe or the Thatcher-Blair consensus?
