Lucille’s are definitely a left field choice when it comes to traditional 335 and I also wouldn’t know enough to authenticate one. But when I think of black 335’s, I think of a Lucille!

Same, for some reason in my head the Lucille is the iconic 335. I remember as a teenager lusting after the Epiphone verion in my local guitar shop’s window as it was the one I could just about dream of maybe afford after a little summer job.

Funnily enough I found a Lucille for sale quite close to me but I don't know enough about them to know what I'm buying, could be a Chibson for all I know...
