Next door are chain-smokers and fry all their food. Now it’s colder and they’ve got their windows closed, it’s coming into our house a lot and making it smell like a pre- smoking ban cafe. Seems to be coming in through combination of shared floorboards under the party wall, the plug sockets and double glazing trickle vents (I’m guessing that’s through the vents in the shared cavity wall), so there’s not much I can do about it coming in. Is there a product that kills these smells but doesn’t heavily scent the place with a masking smell?
