I have a fake 16600 I’ve thrown ludicrous amounts of time and money at. So far, new ETA2824, genuine date wheel, genuine crown. I am on the hunt for genuine hands and the holy grail is deadstock dial

I just saw the post, I am sure I’ve posted it here before. A mate got me into it. He’s got a decent rolex collection and mods fakes as a hobby. The 16600 replica is a good base for a novice because it’s cheap, decent quality with a solid movement. Nah course it’s not worth it, it’s a money pit and you can buy a better watch like a seiko for way cheaper 😂

The centre of the hour hand looks a bit different? But what are the other differences to a real one? Do people mind servicing it?
