I don’t think there’s much to separate Novatech, Halo, ... all the rebranded Novatech hubs. They’re all sealed cartridge bearings. I think the bearing covers are pretty similar?
I’d buy whichever allows budget for cone spanners (if needed) and lots of thick grease. Drop in SKF bearings once the og ones are gritty and load everything up with grease (if grease works its way out, water and dirt can’t go in). It’s not too arduous changing bearings, gets easier each time and doesn’t require special tools.
