Replace strap with sailcloth one, best one so far.
Definitely best on strap than bracelet.

Obviously, it’s not a beater, but damn that would make a great beater.

Nice, new watch?

Yeah, I caved and got one. Had a roller coaster year (ha, didn’t everyone!) with new babies, losing job and getting a new job etc so wanted something special to remind me of it all (and I’m not allowed a tattoo).

Im really tempted by Tudor at the moment..
I keep going through a loop in my head.
Great tool watch - Rolex -NO too expensive. You mad bro... £15K for a daily. How'd you feel about that hypothetical scratch from the door frame?
How about Tudor... NICE... But still... £3K for a tool watch... Ouch. But Id be proud of it, therefore more careful. But £3K...
Seiko? only one i like at the moment is Eds... And then id baby it.Maybe Steinhart is the way...
Though, the tudor BB Bronze is lovely. Quite like the 5B.

Nice! White shoes for off-road! Explorer style :-)

I think the BB58 would be a great daily watch. Not a beater as such but a tough watch nevertheless. And in the watch world - it really is a bargain.

BB58
39mm? Nah fam... I like the original HBB at 41mm. But whom i to say, id probably need to see it in the flesh.

Cheers dude.
@PawG - I know, I know, sometimes I just let rip and go crazy :)
@ChainBreaker - I have a solution. I’m almost certainly going to be selling my PAM177 and the U2 DLC - both tool watches. Pick one up from me for cheaps and then not worry about bashing it.

Having really disliked it for ages, for some reason recently I’ve been seeing pics of the BB steel and thinking “that looks pretty good”.

SPB143 (outside Japan) / SBDC101 (Japan).
I've posted about this before but I need to sort it out. Omega wanted £80 to replace the battery and can do one. Can I expect to do it myself without risking damage with the right equipment, and what should I buy to do it?
In the pic of the inside of the case back, you can just about see that there is somewhere for a case back knife to fit, opposite the crown, but it is far from pronounced. It feels like you'd need a scalpel to get in there...
