I've some BMX bars in polar white that I could do for postage, you'd just need a shim the stem clamp from 22.2mm to whatever size you're after. They're approx 620mm/185mm width/rise -- from centre of bulge to centre of grip, so a significantly higher up position than the bars you linked to, thought I'd offer them up just as a recycling exercise.
