Hi mate, no idea of those specs for the crank I’m afraid, I bought them new from planetx years ago and afaik they were just listed as touring cranks.
Levers all yours if you want them, the dual pivot is tiagra 4500.

I know too much to ask for something thats free but whats the attachment like on the LIDL pannier? I am very keen and local :)

Rudimentary but not unworkable:

I used them twice with the bottom bit zip tied onto the rack, using karrimoor roll top bags inside. I highly doubt these are even close to waterproof. The MV sticker is pretty rad though.
