Yeah I saw those when I was looking around... kind of good but wasn't sure about the way the head connects. Are they cheekily using the same head for all the different diameters?

That's how they've always been, I think it's just the design. I'm not sure it looks as bad as in that picture

The issues with those is that the adjustment screw is a 3mm allen key, which will round off at some point.
