Crazy, so young, what a waste... We gave them one of their first gigs back in '86, they were all 15-16, we weren't that much older but at that age it felt like they were just babies...

Yeah, I’d forgotten he was so young at the start, tbh. He did cane it a bit, last saw him about 3 years ago and he didn’t look great then. RIP.

Did you ever come across Blur/Seymour in their early days? I think they had some Senseless Things crossover, and indeed one of them ended up in Gorillaz
