  • The post that bruce linked to up there ^, on the Epic Fail thread, implies that the FBI have been able to put together a broad no-fly list for capitol riot attendees, using the data hacked from Parler.

    Hope this doesn't risk cases against them collapsing. Using hacked data to detain them etc sounds dodgy legally.

  • Is it dodgy if the FBI etc didn't perform the hack? Doesn't it just become information that is available?
