Tandem bits... V brakes, 9s shifters, 26.4 seatpost

Trying to amass the require bits to get a Thorn tandem frame up and rolling... Initially just cobbling together whatever I can get to see if we get on with it.

Current needs:

1. V brakes, full size
   
2. 3 x 9 speed shifters, possibly even just a right as the current left hand grip shift is still operable.
   
3. What I believe to be 26.4mm seatposts
   
4. 122.5 square taper bottom bracket. Even a knackered one would be fine as initially I need to ascertain that this will be wide enough to accommodate the Stronglight tandem triple kindly donated by @6pt
