Caad 10 52 frame and forks

I want to sell my CAAD 10. It's a 52.
I'm offering it up as frame and forks (and headset and seatpost and saddle) only or with praxis bb30 convertor. It also has a tester top cap cover so you can SLAM THE STEM. The fork is uncut.

It's about 9 years old. I've fallen off once at Hillingdon, and once on Toys. There is a small dent in the top tube but I've never been worried about it. There are a few scuffs and scrapes. It's been ridden in a couple of TTs, some long rides, and some hill climbs. It's been sweated on copiously from turbo training, which is all it's been used for in the last 12 months or so. Apart from the minor blemish in the top tube, there are a couple of paint scuffs.

I need to strip it down to just frame and fork which should happen this weekend if I can get to it.

I'm in SE26.
Ideally it would be a collection deal as it's Christmas, I've got kids, and I'm busy.

For frame and forks : £225
For frame and forks and convertor: £235

I'll have a powertap (Shimano 10/11, ble/ant+ end cap, hplus son) available as well.

And i think a pair of DT Swiss 460 on novatec hubs with latex tubes and Vittoria somethings.

Thanks. I'd tried to price reasonably. Hopefully it's there.

If the thought of a ding in the tube is bothering any potential buyers, I'm happy to take more pics.

I've got 25s in. And I've got a pair of 27s on a dt Swiss 46o in there. I've never tried.
Still available but I do have an interested party. Need to strip the frame off this week.

I'll call 2nd dibs - let me know if this falls through.
