WTD steepish stem, 1 1/8"-25.4mm

Seeking threadless stem with a fair bit of loft for a budget tourer project. 1 1/8" to 25.4mm, 25-35 degrees would be lovely, 80-100mm lovely too.

I've got a threadless adjustable that's for 25.4 and open face clamp. used for 2 dozen miles. Very solid and was used by previous owner for a relaxed bar/hand position.
