Not the EXT, but I have been running the AC for the past 3 months. I had 4 punctures in 2 tyres, 2 each. All of them have been by running low pressure and pinching/cutting the sidewalls on sharp edges under the kindness of my 80kg. One sealed, the other 3 times the tyre unseated before it could seal. Other than that pretty easy to set up and no other punctures (that I know of).
Decent tyre, the AC I mean, but lacking that mud thread for this time of the year.

Good price but apparently they only have a single tyre in tanwall. (Black seems OK)

Not surprised, they have been on sale for at least a month. They have the non plus (+) version as well for £5 less, only black left there too it seems

Near new. Bought off here but look perfect.
Sadly not tubeless.

Might there be some interest in a pair of brand new and unused Rene Herse Fleecer Ridge Endurace Tyres? They have been taken out of the packet and dry mounted but not ridden or even been outside. I bought them for a build that is now heading in a different direction. I won't be able to do a proper sales post until the New Year but if you're interested drop me a pm before they hit the classifieds.

What size are they pal ? 700x55?
-
• #7885
Yeah 700 x 55, mounted to some 25mm internal rims they come up at 57mm. As mentioned above they've been mounted without sealant but not taken out side or ridden. So apart from being opened are as new. They cost an eye watering amount but I'd be looking for £120 for the pair as opposed to £178 new...

If you're willing to ship them to the Netherlands, I'm interested. I was looking at these for my salsa fargo.
-
• #7887
I can look at shipping to Holland but when you factor in the shipping costs and potential post Brexit import costs you might need to pay, the saving won't be as great for you.

Thanks too big for my frame.

Has anybody signed up to become a Pro Member on bicycle rolling resistance? Is it worth it?
The site is a fantastic resource but seems to have become very gravel heavy at the moment, so the ability to vote in some new (or even old) road tyres is appealing. No idea how much 'member only' content they have though.
EDIT: just seen that a large chunk of the review data has now switched to members only, bah (eg RR at 80/60 PSI).

Always thought they financed themselves with Continental bribes

Anyone have any experience and opinion of Halo twin rail 26 inch?
Cheap and I like tan walls.

After looking my Rene Herse Juniper Pass and closing down web window several times I finally succumbed to trigger finger and will report back when they arrive. Going on some 3T discus 25’s which were ok second hand.
Fuck you Instagram.

Schwalbe one vs Jack Brown mile muncher in 25c tan wall option? Will be used in all weather, but just road, no gravel or anything like that. Puncture protection pips rolling speed in priorities. Open to other suggestions too - tan wall a must though
@amac090 in your post #7544 you on page 302 you rate the Schwalbes - still the case after some winter months?

Jack Brown mile muncher in 25c tan wall
I've had no issues with these, apart from looking a bit shit if you don't clean them properly.
-
• #7898
In terms of wet grip, which open tubular should I be looking at in 25mm (ideally tan wall)?

Set one of Mile Munchers performed amazingly well for 7000km from summer into winter, then I got 2 punctures in 2 days so put a new set on...
Within two weeks, had a couple of punctures on the new set, including a massive thorn which I've actually been unable to remove from one of the tyres. It's undoubtedly just bad luck but who knows...

@elswick have you ridden them in bad weather? What's the go to cleaning option that works best in your experience?
@plasticniki thanks for the insight - I'd read your post. Wondering whether the schwalbe ones are a better bet. Like you say it could just be bad luck though?
Potentially, are they new? Tubeless?
