That exploronbuild kit looks great value for anyone building a 1x bike.

No sure if this has already been posted anywhere?
Government Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme - get £50 towards repairs

Thanks for the heads up.
I'll give these a try... what for I don't know. Need to figure out what nipples and washers are compatible.

Rigid suspension.
Wat
Does look fun, though I'd want a few more gears for dragging 30kg of shopping up the 10% slope on my way back from the supermarket.

I just bought one to ‘do-up’ ... With cannondale Hooligans going for £600 S/H this has a lot of potential IMO
Just look what one guy achieved 🙈
Not sure I’d want an artillery shell pointed at my nuts though.

no light over £10 should have a fitting like that... ew
-
• #4411
Yeah it gross but I've had so many problems with the band type attachments as they move around when the going gets bumpy. Light is fantastic though and I'd much rather it stay where it's meant to be even if I'm sick everytime I see the mount

That is a great light. My only issue with it is it's hard work getting the light off the mount, that little tab is a real sod to work with frozen fingers.

I'll look forward to that pain, just put the order in. Was very tempted to get an exposure front light to go with the one I have at the rear... Amazing quality but unfortunately I can't quite bring myself to spend that much money

I have the older version of this (light isn't yellow, but same power) the clippy bit at the base of the light is a bit of a pain in the arse, aftre about 2-3 years the catch on the body of the light cracked and it's currently stuck to the fitting with epoxy resin. If you can get a 2-3m long micro USB and charge it on the bike, it removes that tricky bit. But as far as the beam and battery are concerned it's a really great light.

Good spot. Pretty eye-watering £25 postage though, which appears to double to £50 if you order more than two, wtf.

Pretty eye-watering £25 postage though
Maybe try again if you actually want to order some.
I just checked and postage shows at a much more reasonable £6.99 for dpd standard

@TotalShanner Ah managed to get that price to eventually show up with a private browser session. Weird how even the DPD prices were higher for me, disabling all my ad blockers didn't make a difference either.
Cheers for the headsup!
