Who gives a fuck whether he found his plastic handcuffs or brought them? Throw the fucking book at him. Once again the fog of web chatter clouds the essential conversation

Can you explain your opinion on this a bit better? Isn't premeditation of major importance when it comes to trial and sentencing for a crime?

My opinion is that he should be fucked regardless of his intent or ownership of the ties. They should be a footnote in his prosecution

Totally agree but also think its quite important that each case be judged in the facts that are still being established.

Was amazed to read that the flex cuffs chap's taser might not even be illegal to carry in the Capitol. The US only prevents firearms from being in there and tasers aren't consider firearms in the USA
