Has anyone seen a Thames Water build over agreement that is dated after the extension in question was built. The document gives approval based on the “proposed works” but given it is dated c. 3 years after the extension this doesn’t stack up. There is nothing referring to it being retrospective permission. Feels odd and have questioned the date with the sellers but wondering if anyone else has come across this before. Thanks.
