Two questions if I may...?*
1. Do you have to seal them?
2. Can you lay them on unlevel floors or does it need millpond flat?

I sealed mine with Osmo floor oil, sub floor does need to be reasonably flat. If it was existing floorboard floor I would overboard with 6mm plywood.
