As in, I agree, not the pedal.
I find it hard to separate the aesthetics from the context to be honest. There's something very pleasing about the TS9, the red font Big Muff or the bubble-font Tonebender MkIII... but it's mainly association over design I reckon. I still think the original Fuzz Faces look goofy as fuck.
JHS pedals look great I reckon.
