It could just be that your pipe is too narrow. Ours was but we could fix it easily because we've got a cellar.
There is a way to access it!
You could fit an anti-poo flood valve while you have everything up ;)

Yep! Chris is neighbourly and trims the verge across the street from his house, his neighbour the builder then fits it for him as a thank you for being such a great neighbour.
